Launched in April 2023, Four Million Homes seeks to provide guidance on social housing resident rights and the services landlords are required to provide. SNG are pleased to support and promote this initiative.
Four Million Homes also offers free webinars and toolkits, on a wide range of issues including repairs and maintenance for your home and communal areas, anti-social behaviour and how to tackle your landlord.

Monthly sessions tackle common problems and also how you can play a part in enhancing your neighbourhood and community. You’ll have a chance to directly ask experts questions on social housing matters.
You don’t need any special software, just a phone or a computer with internet access and an email account.

Run throughout the year and not only help to deepen your understanding of your rights, but are also a great way to meet other social housing residents in your area, and a first step towards forming a residents’ group to engage collectively with your landlord.
