Tenant Engagement Digital Conference

Tuesday 14th October 2025

This online event is all about YOU—the residents. It’s a chance to hear from other tenants, share your experiences, and learn how housing providers are working to improve services. There’ll be talks, workshops, and real stories about what good engagement looks like. You don’t need to be an expert—just bring your voice and your curiosity.

HQN Residents Conference

Tuesday 4th November 2025

This conference is designed especially for residents. Run by the Housing Quality Network (HQN), it’s a space to talk about what matters most—repairs, safety, communication, and how housing services can better meet your needs. You’ll meet other residents, hear from housing experts, and leave feeling more confident about your role in shaping your community.

Level One Housing Qualification with Phoenix Housing
