Residents’ Network

HQN’s Residents’ Network is dedicated to helping social housing providers develop their relationship with residents to deliver better services through co-production and co-regulation.

They bring housing staff and residents together on an equal footing to explore topics such as scrutiny, complaints, engagement, financial and digital inclusion, and customer satisfaction.

The network provides high-quality, expert information and advice, as well as opportunities to exchange ideas and experiences.
