Consultation has concluded
We are planning a new project to strengthen resident voices and make sure people living in social housing have a bigger say in the decisions that affect their homes and communities.
Before we move forward, we want to check the idea with you. The aim of this engagement is to give you a real chance to shape the project, so it is not designed from the top-down. Your views and experiences will help us understand what is most important to you.
About the project
Our idea is to use simple technology and artificial intelligence to make it easier for residents to share their views and get quicker responses. We also want to help residents connect with each other across their communities, so people can share experiences, support each other, and work together on local issues.
The aim is not to replace people, but to give residents more choice in how they take part and make it easier to speak up and get involved.
Why we are asking for your views
To make sure the project meets the needs of our residents, we want to hear from you about:
How much influence you feel you have now
What works well and what does not
How you currently share your views or raise issues
Whether technology could make this easier for you
How you would like to connect with other residents
Any worries or questions you may have about using technology
Whether our idea feels useful and relevant to you
What we are asking you to do
We invite you to share your thoughts through a short survey.
How your views will be used
Your feedback will help us decide how the project should work, what we should prioritise and how we can make sure it meets the needs of residents.
Complete the survey by clicking below - all responses will be confidential.
