SNG are working jointly with two other housing associations Soha and Clarion, to understand how to better hear from and work with all of our customers.

As part of this work, we are conducting discussion groups with customers from all three landlords. The purpose of the discussion is to:

  • Understand your relationship with your landlord,
  • Your experience of accessing support from your landlord,
  • What good support looks like for you,
  • and how support from your landlord might be improved.

We are working with an external research partner called Neighbourly Lab, a non-profit community research organisation. They will help to run the sessions so the discussion can be impartial and you can provide honest, confidential feedback.

We are running 2 sessions on the following dates:

  1. Wantage residents: Thursday 3rd September, online session for residents from 6pm to 7pm
  2. Didcot residents: Wednesday 9th September, in person session at Didcot Civic Hall from 6pm to 7.15pm

As a thank you for your time, all participants will receive a £40.00 shopping voucher of your choice.

Places will be limited. Please register your interest below and answer some simple screening questions that will help us ensure that we have balanced groups with lots of different perspectives.

* Please note * your data will be shared with Neighbourly Lab to help support with project recruitment. It will not be used for any other purpose.
