We are excited to share with SNG customers the publication of the Better Together Strategy.
This is an important milestone for SNG, as we outline the experience we wish to deliver over the next three years. This will be an experience which is Simple, Reliable, Individual and Connected. An experience which really captures the essence of how we will serve the needs of customers and deliver on our promises.
Our Customer Vision is to "Build a better future together, leaving no-one behind" and this means everyone at SNG working together to improve the experience for customers:
Simple - Make it easy and put things right if they go wrong
Reliable - Set clear expectations and meet our promises
Individual - Understand our customers and adapt to their needs
Connected - Create thriving communities
As well as publishing the strategy, we will be measuring our performance at regular intervals and ensuring any activities align to the experience we want to provide. We want to push ourselves to provide an experience which meets your needs and expectations.
