Have your say on repair satisfaction by joining an online focus group!
Have you raised a repair for your home within the last six months?
Would you be interested in sharing your experience of this process with SNG’s Scrutiny Panel to support them with their current review?
We are looking for customers to join us for an online 90-minute focus group that explores the journey from start to finish that customers take when using SNG’s repairs service.
The Scrutiny Panel’s review is focussing on satisfaction levels with SNG’s repairs service, based on gender, to investigate whether there are any differences identified between males and females.
The focus group will be led by experienced facilitators from our Customer Experience team, and they are looking for up to 16 volunteers to take part, with an even split between males and females. They will also be looking to do some more in-depth interviews with up to three customers to gain a deeper insight to their experiences.
The workshop is being held via Microsoft Teams on:
Tuesday 13 May from 11:30am until 1pm
Wednesday 14 May from 3pm until 4:30pm
All participants will receive a thank you voucher for taking part, so if you are interested in taking part, please register your interest here.
If we receive a large number of responses, we will make sure the groups are as representative of all demographics as possible.
If you are not selected to take part, you can still have your say by completing a survey that the Scrutiny Panel will be including as part of their research.
