We’re working on the 2024–25 Customer Annual Report and we want to hear from you!
This report is all about transparency and keeping you informed. It shows how we’re performing, how we spend your rent, and what we’re doing to improve services like repairs, neighbourhood support, and customer care. It also updates on how we’re responding to customer concerns.
But we also want to ask you what matters most.
Whether you’d like to see more real-life stories, clearer facts and figures, or updates on what’s changed - we’re listening. Your feedback will help us shape the content, style, and focus of the next report so it reflects what you actually want to know.
Last year’s reports
During last year’s merger process, we produced two separate Customer Annual Reports - each tailored to reflect the communities and locations our customers live in.
Now that we’ve officially come together as one organisation, this year’s report will be published as a single, unified document. It will include content that represents all the areas where SNG operates, giving a broader picture of our work and impact.
