Voice of customer videos

To ensure we hear customer voices, every couple of months we do a voice of the customer report that feeds directly to our board- as part of this we are looking for customers who would be willing to record a 1-minute video in exchange for a £50 voucher.

The customer engagement team will film this; all you need to do is talk about your experience.
