Frittata cooking

We made a bacon and cheese frittata by first cooking the bacon until crispy, then chopping it into small pieces. In a bowl we whisked eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper before stirring in the cooked bacon and grated cheese. The mixture was poured into a greased baking dish and baked in the oven until it was golden brown and set in the centre. Once done, we we let it cool slightly before slicing it into portions, creating a delicious and easy meal.
