This Men’s Health Week, we're putting the spotlight on something that often gets overlooked – men’s physical and mental health.
Too many men put off check-ups, ignore symptoms, or try to “tough it out” in silence. This week is a reminder that taking care of yourself is a strength, not a weakness.

✅ Talk about what’s going on – physically or mentally
âś… Take small steps every day for better health (walk more, drink water, get some sleep!)
✅ Look out for your mates – a simple “how are you really doing?” can go a long way
